“Aerie”

Built in 1872 on East 5th Ave

The home was in major need of repair. The home’s foundation was built directly on the ground so over the years rot and termites had slowly stripped away at the foundation. All walls were stripped of all plaster and siding and secured. Crews were then able to pour a brand new foundation.

202 Broad St

Built in the early 1900’s. This space was being used for storage for a local law firm.

All new plumbing, electrical, roof was installed. The back third of the roof was removed to create and open rooftop deck.

 

206 & 208 Broad St

Built in early 19oo’s 206 & 208 Broad St was a furniture store. The second floor had child swimming pools and wheel barrels on scattered around to catch the rain. Initial renovations were done to replace electrical, plumbing and separate the two buildings. 206 was sold was then sold and an developer completed the renovation to include a high-end loft and boutique in the rental space. 208 was renovated for an architecture firm and then sold.
